By accessing or using Steve's Workspace Official's products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products.
You may use our products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or use them to harm others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
To use some features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All content, software, and materials provided by Steve's Workspace are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Content you create with our products remains yours.
Some products require the purchase of AI credits to use. You pay for the number of credits you want, and you only pay for more when you choose to. There are no automatic renewals or recurring subscriptions. Purchasing any tier of credits unlocks every feature — including AI-dependent and non-AI-dependent features alike; the number of credits or tier you purchase does not determine what you can or cannot access. You decide how and when to use your credits until they are finished, and you may top up at any time. Fees and credit packs are described at the time of purchase. We may review this policy and, when necessary, change our fees with reasonable advance notice.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that they will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve's Workspace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products.
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with notice where appropriate. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
